The PathLoc-SI Sacroiliac Fixation and Fusion System provides fusion and stabilization of the SI joint through its innovative design, featuring two different types of screws: arch and locking. The arch screws come in three variants: Penetration Open type, Cannulated Hole type, and Bullet Type. Notably, the Bullet Type arch screw features a tapered tip for easier insertion during surgery. All arch screws are designed with ample space for bone graft packing to aid in fusion, utilizing two different pitches that create compression when inserted into the iliac/sacrum, enhancing fixation stability. The locking screws are uniquely designed with two different pitches at the proximal and distal ends to ensure robust fixation and can be used with washers to protect the patient’s bone.
