BluEx Cervical Expandable

Overview

BluEx-C Expandable Cervical Cage System is composed of titanium alloy which helps to restore disc height, segmental lordosis, and stability, while offering a customized fit for each patient’s unique cervical anatomy. Designed for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedures, BluEx-C is delivered at a contracted height to ease insertion, minimize impaction, and help preserve endplate integrity. Once positioned, the implant provides controlled, in-situ expansion of up to 2mm in height to support indirect decompression and disc height restoration.

BluEx-C is available in two footprint options (Small 12 × 14mm and Large 14 × 17mm) to accommodate diverse cervical anatomies. Both options are offered in starting heights of 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm. To offer a more customized fit for each patient, BluEx-C is available in two lordosis options. The 7° angled profile supports restoration of cervical sagittal alignment, while the Convex Anatomy profile is designed to conform to the natural curvature of the cervical endplates.
